§ 318. Rules of evidence; modification of board decisions or orders; appeals. The provisions of section two hundred twenty-two of this chapter are made applicable to claims for compensation under this article.
Terms Used In N.Y. Workers' Compensation Law 318
- Board: shall mean the workers' compensation board. See N.Y. Workers' Compensation Law 302
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
