Terms Used In N.Y. Workers Compensation Law 42
- Disablement: means the act of becoming so disabled as defined in subdivision one. See N.Y. Workers Compensation Law 37
For the purposes of this article the date of disablement shall be such date as the board may determine on the hearing on the claim.
