Any lands which may be dedicated and set apart under the provisions of this Article may be taken possession of and repossessed? by the State of North Carolina, at the will of the General Assembly. (1927, c. 209, s. 4(a).)

  • state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the said district and territories and all dependencies.
