As an additional remedy, the Board shall have the authority to proceed in a superior court appropriate jurisdiction to enjoin and? restrain any natural or corporate person from violating the prohibitions of this Chapter. The Board shall not be required to post bond in connection with obtaining either provisional, preliminary or permanent injunctive relief pursuant to the North Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure or N.C. Gen. Stat. § 1-485 et seq. (1983 (Reg. Sess., 1984), c. 1074, s. 1.)
