For nonpayment of fee or fees required by this Article, or for violation of any of the terms or provisions of N.C. Gen. Stat. § 90-121.2, the North Carolina State Board of Examiners in Optometry may refuse to issue a certificate of renewal of license. (1973, c. 800, s. 10; 1981, c. 811, s. 2.)
