(1) Violation of any provision of ORS § 624.010 to 624.121 or rules of the Oregon Health Authority promulgated under ORS § 624.010 to 624.121 is a Class C misdemeanor.

| Class C misdemeanor | up to 30 days | up to $1,250 |
