- Board: means the South Carolina State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Surveyors created pursuant to this chapter. See South Carolina Code 40-22-20
To the extent provided in § 40-1-190, investigations and proceedings conducted under this chapter are confidential and all communications are privileged. Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, a final order of the board disciplining a licensee is public information as provided for in § 40-1-120(C).
