Terms Used In South Carolina Code 40-81-480
- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
Events or exhibitions in which weapons are used are unlawful in this State. A person violating this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, must be punished in accordance with the provisions of § 40-81-200.
