Terms Used In Texas Health and Safety Code 695.001
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
In this chapter:
(1) “Casket” means a container used to hold the remains of a deceased person.
(2) “Commission” means the Texas Funeral Service Commission.
