  • Authority: means the Vermont Economic Development Authority established under section 213 of this title. See
  • Qualified project: means any activity, as defined in Title 23 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations. See

§ 280y. Public records

The Authority shall establish policies and procedures to ensure that information relating to the cost of any qualified project is considered a public record, and subject to the provisions of 1 Vt. Stat. Ann. chapter 5, subchapter 2. (Added 1997, No. 43, § 1.)
