Terms Used In Vermont Statutes Title 26 Sec. 1176

  • Fees: shall mean earnings due for official services, aside from salaries or per diem compensation. See
  • following: when used by way of reference to a section of the law shall mean the next preceding or following section. See
  • Specialty discipline: means that area of professional engineering recognized by the Board as the area of expertise and practice for which a license is granted. See

§ 1176. Fees

Applicants and persons regulated under this chapter shall pay the following fees:

(1) Application for engineering license or application to add additional specialty discipline $115.00

(2) Application for engineer intern certificate $60.00

(3) Biennial license renewal $175.00
