- Person: includes all partnerships, associations and bodies politic or corporate. See Wisconsin Statutes 990.01
- Prosecute: To charge someone with a crime. A prosecutor tries a criminal case on behalf of the government.
Each member of the board shall investigate and institute actions for violations of this chapter by any person and for violation of ch. 961 by pharmacists or pharmacy technicians. The district attorney of the proper county shall promptly prosecute any such violation upon notice from any source.
