‘Hereby,’ ‘herein,’ ‘hereinabove,’ ‘hereinafter,’ ‘hereinbefore,’ ‘hereof,’ ‘hereto,’ ‘hereunder’ and any similar term refer to the State Securities Law and not solely to the particular portion thereof in which such word is used; ‘heretofore’ means before the adoption of the State Securities Law; and ‘hereafter’ means after the adoption of the State Securities Law.
