(a) A violation under this title, unless otherwise specified in the provision of this title defining the offense, is punishable by a fine of $250.

(b) A misdemeanor or felony under this title, unless otherwise specified in the provision of this title defining the offense, is punishable as provided in Alaska Stat. Chapter 12.55.
