  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.

Nothing in Alaska Stat. § 10.20.52510.20.535 limits or affects the right to serve any process, notice or demand required or permitted by law to be served upon a corporation in any other manner.
