The Secretary of Finance shall provide office space, supplies, services and such other assistance as the Tax Appeal Board may require.

Terms Used In Delaware Code Title 30 Sec. 326
- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
- Tax: shall be deemed also to refer to license fees imposed under Part III of this title. See Delaware Code Title 30 Sec. 502
