Sec. 33. (a) A town election board shall canvass the votes from a municipal election in the manner prescribed by Ind. Code § 3-12-4.
(b) After completion of the canvass, the town election board shall immediately file the poll lists, ballots, tally sheets, and other election forms with the circuit court clerk of the county containing the greatest percentage of population of the town for preservation and voter list maintenance in accordance with Ind. Code § 3-10-1-31.1.
