The commission may permit a licensee to use one or more of its races for an interstate combined wagering pool at locations outside its jurisdiction, and may allow parimutuel pools in other states to be combined with parimutuel pools in its jurisdiction for the purpose of establishing an interstate combined wagering pool.

  • Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
