Terms Used In Idaho Code 39-8604

  • Administrator: means the administrator of the division of occupational and professional licenses for the state of Idaho. See Idaho Code 39-8603
The administrator shall enforce the provisions of this chapter. Local governments shall not adopt codes or institute enforcement programs with regard to conveyances.
