Terms Used In Idaho Code 54-2215

  • License: means a document issued by the board to a person under this chapter authorizing the person to practice as a physical therapist or physical therapist assistant. See Idaho Code 54-2203
A licensee must renew his license annually as provided in section 67-2614, Idaho Code, and may reinstate his license within five (5) years after expiration as provided in section 67-2614, Idaho Code.
