Terms Used In Idaho Code 30-24-809

  • Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.
If a claim against a dissolved limited partnership is barred under section 30-24-806, 30-24-807 or 30-24-808, Idaho Code, any corresponding claim under section 30-24-404 or 30-24-607, Idaho Code, is also barred.
