Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 4:12-cc
- governor and council: shall mean the governor with the advice and consent of the council. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:31-a
The governor and executive council may appoint an executive assistant who shall serve at the pleasure of the governor and council, and shall perform such duties as the governor and council may determine. The executive assistant shall be an unclassified employee under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 94:1-a.
