- Attachment: A procedure by which a person's property is seized to pay judgments levied by the court.
- real estate: shall include lands, tenements, and hereditaments, and all rights thereto and interests therein. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:21
The debtor shall be notified in writing of the conveyance, neglect or refusal, and, after such notice, shall have the same time for redeeming the real estate that he had at the time of attachment.
