The salaries and wages of the officers and employees of any state agency whose salaries and wages are payable out of the State Treasury shall be paid through the medium of payrolls as provided in ORS § 292.014 to 292.036. [1955 c.495 § 2; 1969 c.378 § 2]

  • State Treasury: includes those financial assets the lawful custody of which are vested in the State Treasurer and the office of the State Treasurer relating to the custody of those financial assets. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
