(1) A state agency using the procedure provided by ORS § 292.014 to 292.036 shall pay for the expense of the services (including labor), facilities and materials furnished by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services under ORS § 292.014 to 292.036.

Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 292.034

  • State Treasury: includes those financial assets the lawful custody of which are vested in the State Treasurer and the office of the State Treasurer relating to the custody of those financial assets. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
