The Governor of Oregon shall appoint one person from the City of Portland, and from time to time one person from any other municipality or political subdivision imposing any tax defined in Article II of the Multistate Tax Compact, to consult regularly with the Director of the Department of Revenue of Oregon, or the alternate of the director, in accordance with Article VI, section 1 (b) of the compact.
