The Department of Human Services shall provide written receipts to applicants and recipients for all documents delivered to a local office by the applicant or recipient upon the request of the applicant or recipient. [Formerly 411.972]
411.089, 411.091 and 411.093 were added to and made a part of ORS Chapter 411 by legislative action but were not added to any smaller series therein. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
