No person, individually or acting for another person, such as an official or employee acting for a corporation, shall violate ORS § 564.040, 564.991, 571.005 to 571.230 and 571.991. [1963 c.461 § 27]
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 571.160
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
- Violate: includes failure to comply. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
