Notwithstanding any provision of ORS § 314.835 or 314.840, the Department of Revenue and the Bureau of Labor and Industries may share information necessary for the effective administration of ORS § 315.133 and 653.272, for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of ORS § 315.133 and 653.272, provided that the department and the bureau do not disclose personally identifiable information.
