The Bureau of Labor and Industries shall, from time to time, investigate and ascertain whether employers are observing and complying with its rules under ORS § 653.010 to 653.565 and take such steps as may be necessary to prosecute employers that are not observing or complying with its rules. [Formerly 653.535]
