The superintendent of an institution may rent state-provided housing located at the institution under the jurisdiction of the superintendent to state officers and employees or others. The rental shall be determined pursuant to ORS § 182.425. [Amended by 1977 c.583 § 2]
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 179.400
- Institution: means the institutions designated in ORS § 179. See Oregon Statutes 179.010
- Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
