The Employee Suggestion Awards Commission shall make the final determination as to whether an employee suggestion award will be made. Subject to the rules adopted pursuant to ORS § 182.320, the commission shall determine the nature and extent of the award. [1957 c.616 § 3; 1993 c.724 § 27]
