Licensees and licensee representatives may produce, deliver and possess marijuana items subject to the provisions of ORS § 475C.005 to 475C.525 and rules adopted under ORS § 475C.005 to 475C.525. The production, delivery or possession of marijuana items by a licensee or a licensee representative in compliance with ORS § 475C.005 to 475C.525 and rules adopted under ORS § 475C.005 to 475C.525 does not constitute a criminal or civil offense under the laws of this state.
