Terms Used In 19 CFR 12.119
- United States: includes all territories and possessions of the United States, except the Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Wake Island, Midway Islands, Kingman Reef, Johnston Island, and the island of Guam. See 19 CFR 134.1
(a) Chemical substances in bulk form and as part of a mixture under TSCA;
(b) TSCA-excluded chemicals; and
(c) Articles containing a chemical substance or mixture if so required by the Administrator by specific rule under TSCA.
