(a) This section shall apply to the regulation of the sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages in the City of Thorsby in Chilton County.

(b) The governing body of the City of Thorsby, by resolution or ordinance, may authorize the sale and distribution of draft and keg beer by retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board in any size containers for on-premises and off-premises consumption.
