(a) The Perry County Commission may establish a Junior Perry County Commission to be composed of twelfth grade students selected from the high schools within Perry County.

(b) The Perry County Commission shall provide for the duties of the Junior Perry County Commission and may award a one time scholarship not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500) payable from county funds to each student member of the Junior Perry County Commission.
