“Drug laws” means all laws regulating the production, sale, prescribing, manufacturing, administering, transporting, having in possession, dispensing, delivering, distributing or use of “controlled substances”, as defined in the Illinois Controlled Substances Act, and “cannabis”, as defined in the Cannabis Control Act.
