(a) Except as provided by Subsection (b), the holder of a private club registration permit and each employee of the permit holder who is required by the permit holder to complete a commission-approved seller training program shall complete the opioid-related drug overdose training program described by § 5.61 each year.
(b) This section does not apply to the holder of a private club registration permit that is a restaurant as defined by § 1.04.
Terms Used In Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code 32.26
- Restaurant: means a business that:
(A) operates its own permanent food service facility with commercial cooking equipment on its premises; and
(B) prepares and offers to sell multiple entrees for consumption on or off the premises. See Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code 1.04 - Year: means 12 consecutive months. See Texas Government Code 311.005
