Terms Used In Texas Election Code 112.001
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
In this code, “limited ballot” means a ballot voted under this chapter that is restricted to the offices and propositions stating measures on which a person is entitled to vote under Section 112.004.
