- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
The commission shall adopt rules providing that a telemarketing call made to a telephone number on the Texas no-call list is not a violation of § 304.052 if the telemarketing call:
(1) is an isolated occurrence; and
(2) is made by a person who has in place adequate procedures to comply with this subchapter.
