- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
If the office determines that the nominating body of a qualified media production location is not complying with this chapter, the office shall prohibit the certification of a qualified person at the location until the office determines that the nominating body is complying with this chapter.
