- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
The location of the business offices of the grand castles and commanderies of the Knights of the Golden Eagle or either of them may be changed at any time, upon filing a written notice of such change in the corporation and securities bureau of the department of commerce, within 20 days from the time of the change of such location.
