Terms Used In Indiana Code 5-1.4-4-3

  • Uniform Commercial Code: A set of statutes enacted by the various states to provide consistency among the states' commercial laws. It includes negotiable instruments, sales, stock transfers, trust and warehouse receipts, and bills of lading. Source: OCC
   Sec. 3. The bonds and notes of the bank are negotiable instruments for all purposes of the Uniform Commercial Code (IC 26-1), subject only to the provisions of the bonds and notes for registration.
