Terms Used In Indiana Code 9-32-18-1

  • fund: means the consumer restitution fund established by section 4 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 9-32-18-1
  • Restitution: The court-ordered payment of money by the defendant to the victim for damages caused by the criminal action.
   Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, “fund” means the consumer restitution fund established by section 4 of this chapter.
