Terms Used In Indiana Code 34-13-4-3

  • Amendment: A proposal to alter the text of a pending bill or other measure by striking out some of it, by inserting new language, or both. Before an amendment becomes part of the measure, thelegislature must agree to it.
(2) consent by the state of Indiana or its employees to be sued in any federal court; or

(3) consent to be sued in any state court beyond the boundaries of Indiana.
