Unless otherwise provided for in Article 7B of Chapter 60, any violation of Sections 60-7B-1 through 60-7B-8 N.M. Stat. Ann. by a minor is a petty misdemeanor, and the minor shall be sentenced pursuant to the provisions of Section 31-19-1 N.M. Stat. Ann..
