(a) The Contract Disputes Act of 1978 (CDA), Public Law 95-563 (41 U.S.C. § 601 as amended);
Terms Used In 25 CFR 900.216
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- Public law: A public bill or joint resolution that has passed both chambers and been enacted into law. Public laws have general applicability nationwide.
