An Indian tribe or tribal organization’s retrocession shall not negatively affect:
Terms Used In 25 CFR 900.243
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
(a) Any other contract to which it is a party;
(b) Any other contracts it may request; and
(c) Any future request by the Indian tribe or tribal organization to contract for the same program.
