means a person having title to and occupying a one to six family residence which is located in this state and is subject to a mortgage N.Y. Real Property Tax Law 952
Rhode Island
as used in this chapter , means and includes the mortgagor and mortgagors named in the “mortgage” and his, her, its or their heirs, executors, administrators, successors or assigns, as the case may be Rhode Island General Laws 34-25.1-6. means a local development corporation as defined herein Rhode Island General Laws 42-34-6.
South Carolina
