Terms Used In Alabama Code 10A-9A-1.01
- Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.
This chapter and the provisions of Chapter 1, to the extent applicable to limited partnerships, shall be known and may be cited as the Alabama Limited Partnership Law.
